Our Mission Statement

At our children’s home in Aberdeen, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for up to three young people, where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Our approach is rooted in relational practice, where strong, trusting relationships form the foundation of everything we do. We believe that meaningful connections with caring adults help young people feel safe, understood, and confident in themselves and their future.

We are equally dedicated to inclusive practice, ensuring that each young person’s voice is heard, their identity is celebrated, and their unique needs are met with compassion and understanding. We actively promote equality, diversity, and participation in all aspects of daily life.

Through consistent care, positive role modelling, and opportunities for growth, we aim to support young people to build resilience, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential within their home, community, and beyond.
